Return Policy
At Rimola™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns on sale items, undergarments, or personal-use products for hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
